With an open lobby area, plenty of office space, a brightly lit conference room, and adjoining spacious warehouse, the modern design features cotemporary materials and details in the interior and exterior. The project includes a one-story 4,300-square-foot administration building adjacent to a 12,000-square-foot warehouse.
The building features decorative steel shading devices and a steel canopy—helping to frame the entrance as well as becoming a way-finder, directing guests to the lobby. The materials used for construction include the company’s industrial piping products.
