Deschutes Brewery & Public House

Bend’s iconic brewery, a favorite of visitors and locals alike, expanded its downtown Bend restaurant and remodeled the existing space to better serve patrons. The expansion added over 5,000 SF of dining area to the existing 1,900 SF of dining area including a private event room complete with its own bar, prep kitchen, and a dumbwaiter to the new ground floor commercial kitchen.

The new open concept kitchen allows patrons to see the action at the cook line and prep areas while the scullery and food storage are tucked away from view. A tunnel through the party wall between the existing brewery and the expansion allows staff and plumbing for beer to serve both bars.
