Auction House Adaptive Reuse
Caldwell Idaho
The Auction House at 523 Main Street in Caldwell is an adaptive reuse project of an existing warehouse and adjacent masonry building, redesigned to accommodate an event center for concerts, weddings, parties, and other special events.
The project’s scope included a complete exterior and interior restoration along with reconfiguration of the building’s internal functions. The project includes restrooms, restaurant/bar, and multi-use area. The basement also includes restrooms and a smaller event area.
