This unique 27-acre site once served as the Masterpiece Quarry, which closed in 2003. Cole Architects is master planning as a new mixed-use project, featuring residential living, office space, retail space, and various services. Plans for a brewery, restaurants, bowling alley, luxury theater, and a hotel are in the works as part of this exciting new development in Eagle.
